Ive been eating here since 2007. It is absolutely the best place in marshall for a quality Italian meal and a quiet, cozy atmosphere. My recommendations : Tortellini Bolonese, Shrimp & Fettuccine Alfredo, Shrimp Scampi, Lasagna, Stromboli, ANY DESSERT!

Don’t let the modest exterior deter you from a great meal. I have enjoyed every dish I have tried at Cafe Italia. The dish pictures is the Chicken Aristocrat. The staff is kind and attentive. The portions are large, and the rolls are nice and fluffy. I am sad they did just switch to Pepsi products, though. No matter. Don’t miss dining at Cafe Italia for a wonderful meal!

What a treasure... authentic Italian food that is outstanding! Service is extremely friendly while providing great service. They are very clean, and are taking the best measures I've seen to protect guests from coronavirus. It's hard to see from the street, but is well worth it to stop at this excellent restaurant.

We took our food to go since we had been on the road for 14 hours. The shrimp scampi was amazing. It was the best shrimp scamp I Ihave had in a very long time. It made my day.... thank you!!

Please eat at the restaurant and enjoy your Food. This is the type of restaurant you take your leftovers with you, but Never place a to-go order. Some restaurants you just don't get your food to go...this is one of those restaurants. I made the mistake of getting my food to go, It was Delicious. It was hot, everything was great. But I should have enjoyed my meal at the restaurant. Nothing bad to say about this Place at all.

I am very selective on where I eat and will search for highly rated places. I went against the grain and went with this 4.2 star rated spot as time was an issue, and the location was as well. The food was awesome. The pizza was really a pleasant surprise as I did not have high hopes. And then the lasagna. A must try at all italian restaurants for me. The lasagna was great! I went back to Google reviews to see how they only have a 4.2. There Alot of customer service type reviews. If the food is good, I can see through an inexperienced employee. The place is definitely at least a 4.5 for their food. Give em a try!

Where do I even start at,Lol everything we had there from appetizers,entries,desserts.all and everything qe got was Amazing,Can't no say enough about this Amazing restaurant, we get treated with so much welcome and the staff ufffff are phenomenal, I don't know her name but she's awesome,the food choices are very,very,good amd the flavor is amazing. Thanks to all the members from this Café Italia Restaurant, wish you nothing more then success 🙌🏽 🙏🏽I definitely recommend this place for family gatherings or casual or even any occasion this the place to come always.what we had was 10 of 10.to all the owner,management, chef's and to staff you are awesome.

I would consider this one of those hidden gems that would be easy to drive by. Once inside, it had the ambiance of a small family restaurant in Italy or other parts of Europe. Decor and lighting were very nice and the cleanliness was excellent. The veal parmigiana with spaghetti was just the right portion size and very good. Warm bread came with dinner.

My wife and I were in Marshall on a trip and found this restaurant. I was a bit unsure about it by looking at the outside but when we went in I knew it was the real deal. We had the spaghetti and meatballs with a salad and it was fantastic! The meatballs were authentic Italian and the sauce the same. The salad was large and delicious along with the Italian bread. We have tried to find an Italian restaurant that has good meatballs but were unsuccessful until today! We live an hour away but if the Lord allows we will definitely be back! I can’t wait to try their other entrees.

We visited Italy a few years ago and the one thing we always missed was the good food. This place hit the spot we were missing! Definitely one of the best hole in the wall places along i20.
